The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed organizational information systems, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This study aims to analyze how AI integration in Management Information Systems (MIS) supports data-driven organizational innovation strategies. A qualitative approach using a systematic literature review was employed to synthesize theories and empirical findings from reputable academic sources. The analysis focuses on key themes such as AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and decision support systems. The results indicate that AI integration significantly enhances decision-making quality, operational efficiency, and innovation capabilities. Organizations leveraging AI-enabled MIS can process large-scale data, generate real-time insights, and develop adaptive strategies in dynamic environments. Empirical examples from Indonesian companies demonstrate improvements in service quality, customer engagement, and business performance. Furthermore, successful implementation depends on technological readiness, organizational support, human resource capabilities, and strategic alignment. Overall, AI-integrated MIS serves as a critical foundation for achieving sustainable innovation and competitive advantage in the digital era.
